Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced People Experience Assistant Manager to join our team in Nottingham. The role offers a competitive salary, negotiable based on experience and expertise.

The successful candidate will be passionate about HR, capable of managing a busy workload, and able to travel across our offices in Nottingham, London, Colchester, Maidenhead, and Maidstone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to HR strategies supporting resourcing, compensation, learning, and employee relations.
  • Participate in HR planning and review meetings.
  • Manage HR processes proactively and review practices regularly.
  • Provide HR updates to engagement partners and management through reports and meetings.
  • Advise on employment legislation and HR policy updates.
  • Support the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Management experience in a fast-paced HR environment.
  • Ability to travel between offices.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to undertake routine tasks and assist colleagues as needed.
