Job summary

Artlogic is seeking a Company Engagement & Coordination Lead to partner with the People team and support the rhythm of leadership and company-wide events in a hybrid London role.

You will orchestrate events, meetings, offsites, and engagement activities, ensure practical support for senior leaders, and help bring Artlogic’s culture to life with attention to detail, strong relationships and an AI‑minded, efficient approach.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating company-wide events, meetings and offsites.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with leaders and staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver Artlogic’s programme of events and engagement activities.
• Arrange venues, travel, catering, materials and logistical needs for leadership meetings and offsites.
• Support preparation and coordination of meeting materials and presentations.
• Provide practical organisational support to leaders and teams.
• Use technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
