Coleg y Cymoedd is seeking an administrative support postholder to provide high quality, proactive support across the People and Experience directorate in a campus-based role. You will help ensure records are accurate and current, track agreed actions to completion, and organise correspondence, meetings and events to a consistently professional standard.

To provide high quality, proactive administrative support across the People and Experience directorate, ensuring that records are accurate and current, that agreed actions are tracked through to completion, and that correspondence, meetings and events are organised and delivered to a consistently professional standard.
The postholder will work flexibly across the directorate, with the balance of work varying according to operational priority. The role currently supports Health and Safety, Learning and Development, and the Vice Principal, and may from time to time provide administrative support to other services within the directorate, including Marketing, Communications and Events and Learner Services.
