DNA Payments Ltd is seeking a People Director to lead their HR and L&D functions. The role involves developing People strategies, managing a team of 11, and ensuring compliance and employee engagement within a growing fintech environment. This hands-on position requires a strategic mindset and significant leadership experience in the payments sector.

DNA Payments is looking for a People Director. This role will replace the existing PD who will be retiring from our business. You will be leading an evolving team, covering all aspects of HR and L&D. The People Director is a senior-level professional member of the leadership team, overseeing human resources functions and the People proposition. You are responsible for developing and implementing People policies and programs to support a customer-centric and high-performing culture, leading the People team, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
As People Director, you will join our leadership team and oversee our People department. You will develop and execute People strategies aligned with our business goals and vision, overseeing HR operations including talent management, performance management, E,D&I, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, engagement, and ESG. You will handle complex and sensitive issues, foster a positive work environment, and promote our company culture and values.
You will report to the Chief Executive Officer.
Location: office 3 days per week.
