The opportunity
DNA Payments is looking for a TalentedPeople Director. This role will replace the existing PD who will be retiring from our business. You will be leading an evolving team, covering all aspects of HR and L&D. The People Director is a senior-level professional member of the leadership team, who oversees the human resources functions and the People proposition. You are responsible for developing and implementing People policies and programs to support a customer-centric and high performing culture, lead the People team, and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
As People Director, you will join our leadership team and lead our People department. You will be responsible for developing and executing People strategies that align with our business goals and vision. You will also oversee all HR operations, including talent management, performance management, E,D&I, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, engagement and ESG. You will also be able to handle complex and sensitive issues, foster a positive work environment, and promote our company culture and values.
