Hunter Adams is supporting a leading professional services organisation in Dundee to appoint a People Development Manager. You will deliver a forward-thinking learning and development strategy focused on performance, capability, engagement and retention.

Reporting to the Head of People, you will lead L&D initiatives, oversee onboarding and trainee programmes, support talent and succession planning, coach managers, manage learning systems, and build strong external partnerships with providers.

Qualifikationen

• Proven L&D experience within a professional services context.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Coaching and excellent communication abilities.
