Job summary

Ralph Lauren, a global leader in premium lifestyle products, seeks a People & Development Manager to partner with leaders across corporate functions. You will deliver inclusive, practical people guidance across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, onboarding, performance and policy implementation.

This role collaborates with HR, Talent Acquisition and Legal to drive fair, engaging decisions and programs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building with diverse colleagues.
• Sound judgement to provide balanced, confidential guidance on sensitive matters.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and inclusive workplace principles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across functions.
• Comfort using people data to identify trends and inform actions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to provide practical, inclusive people support across the lifecycle.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance discussions and policy interpretation.
• Manage employee relations cases with confidentiality and fairness.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding and skills-based selection.
• Collaborate on talent reviews, development plans and succession.
• Maintain accurate HR records in Workday and align with GDPR.
