Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking a People & Development Manager to partner with leaders across corporate functions to deliver inclusive, practical people direction throughout the employee lifecycle.

The role works with the People Business Partner Lead, People Services and specialists to ensure fair, engaging experiences from onboarding to performance and development, with emphasis on compliance and respectful workplace practices.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.
• Ability to use data insights to guide people decisions.
• Experience with HRIS, ideally Workday, and GDPR awareness.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to deliver inclusive people support across the lifecycle.
• Build trusted relationships and provide practical, confidential guidance.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance and policy interpretation.
• Manage employee relations cases with fairness and confidentiality.
• Support inclusive recruitment, onboarding and skills-based selection.
• Collaborate on talent reviews and development plans.
• Help run annual people activities like engagement surveys and pay planning.
• Use HR data to identify trends and inform action.
