Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation in Watford is seeking a fixed-term People Associate to provide HR support across corporate functions and retail teams. The role reports to the P&D Manager and covers onboarding, Workday tasks, payroll coordination, visa sponsorship, and employee relations in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with the People Lead in UK & ROI on projects, ensuring accurate data, compliant processes, and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR/People/Business Partnering support role.
• Experience using Workday or a similar HRIS.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated business associate within corporate functions, providing support on general people queries.
• Complete Workday actions for designated areas, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing.
• Collaborate with People Services during payroll periods for onboarding and payroll-related activity.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, leading conflict resolution and grievance handling.
• Lead and participate in People projects and initiatives supporting business priorities.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in people processes.
• Support salary planning, audits, onboarding, and holiday cover as needed.
• Assist with job requisitions aligning with career frameworks and approvals.
• Support Talent Acquisition with recruitment tracker maintenance.
• Work with managers on data accuracy during salary planning and year-end cycles.
• Conduct regular Workday/HRS audits and escalate data issues.
• Coordinate visa sponsorship with immigration lawyers for a seamless process.
• Promote an inclusive, high-performing culture aligned with company values.
