Nottingham College is recruiting an Assistant People & Development Business Partner to support managers, staff and colleagues across People Services and Learning & Development. You will partner with designated business areas, help navigate people matters, support wellbeing and engagement, deliver learning initiatives, maintain learning systems, and analyse workforce data to drive evidence-based decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, People Services or Learning & Development environments.
• Ability to manage data and produce reports.
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple priorities.

• Partner with designated business areas to navigate people matters.
• Support colleague wellbeing and engagement and ensure a positive employee experience.
