Job summary

Housing Plus Group is seeking a detail-oriented People Systems and Data Analyst to join our team in Stafford or Telford. The role focuses on maintaining, developing and optimising HR systems, data and reporting capabilities to enable better decision-making across the organisation.

You will manage HR systems, produce reports and dashboards, and support GDPR compliance and data integrity in a collaborative environment. The fixed-term role is 36 hours per week, up to 12 months at £35,380 per annum.

Qualifications

• Experience with HR systems or databases in an HR environment.
• Proven ability to produce reports and analyze people data for decision-making.
• Experience with data quality and validation checks.
• Experience supporting system administration or configuration.
• Ability to handle data requests accurately and on time.
• Experience working in a team in a people-focused environment.
• Knowledge of GDPR and confidentiality when handling sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and produce reports and dashboards to support informed decision-making.
• Support system administration, configuration and continuous improvement activities.
• Carry out data quality checks and implement improvements to data standards.
• Respond to data and reporting requests accurately and within deadlines.
• Support ongoing development of HR technology, automation and reporting tools.
• Ensure all data is handled in line with GDPR and confidentiality requirements.
