Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 Associate People and Culture Partner. The role requires on‑site presence at Barnet Hospital, with a focus on workforce planning, employee relations, and organisational design to support service priorities.

The post involves collaborating with senior leaders, providing expert HR advice, and delivering People & Culture initiatives across the division.

Competenze

• Educated to degree level with CIPD qualification or membership preferred.
• Experience in employee relations within a large, complex organisation.
• Knowledge of TUPE, organisational change and workforce planning.

Mansioni

• Provide professional HR support across a designated portfolio within the People Directorate.
• Design and implement workforce plans to achieve KPIs and support change initiatives.
• Lead or support organisational change processes and policy development.
• Coach managers on HR policies and complex casework and support recruitment strategies.
