BaxterStorey is seeking a proactive People Adviser to partner with senior teams and drive the People Plan across the contract. You will support recruitment, onboarding, development and engagement while advising managers on HR policy and employee relations.

You will build strong relationships, deliver practical guidance, and help foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace across BaxterStorey’s account, Benugo and Portico partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in people management within a similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and discreetly.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the Account Director and senior teams to deliver the People Plan.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement and retention initiatives.
• Provide practical advice to managers on employee lifecycle issues.
• Collaborate with HR and other teams to ensure consistent people practices.
