Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Head of HR to lead People & Culture in a Sudbury-based, part-time role. You will own the people agenda from recruitment and onboarding through to development, performance and engagement, shaping a positive culture.

The role is office-based in Sudbury, Suffolk with flexible patterns (2–3 longer days or 3–5 shorter days) and requires Thursdays in meetings. The salary is £38,000 FTE pro rata, reflecting the part-time arrangement, and the business values

Qualifications

• Senior or standalone HR/People role experience.
• Confident, pragmatic, organised and commercially minded.
• Office-based, part-time with flexible patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own the people agenda from recruitment to onboarding, development, performance and engagement.
• Work with managers to build culture, support recruitment, retention and engagement.
• Lead performance processes, KPIs and employee relations.
• Develop training, career progression and development opportunities.
• Lead meetings and drive improvements across the business.
