Kepak Group is offering an HR Graduate Programme (People and Culture) in England. The two-year scheme provides rotational exposure across UK sites, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, data analytics, and HR processes.

You will gain hands-on experience—from onboarding to advisory support—while developing through a structured learner journey. Mobility across sites is a core feature of the programme.

Qualifications

• Degree: Any degree considered.
• Experience in customer service or administration is advantageous.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications and data input.

Responsibilities

• Cross-site experience across UK sites to understand HR and manufacturing operations.
• Support employee relations activities including disciplinary procedures and drafting letters.
• Assist in occupational health processes and return-to-work documentation.
