Job summary

Kepak Group is launching the HR Graduate Programme 2027 in England. This two-year rotation across UK sites provides exposure to employee relations, recruitment, data-driven projects, and onboarding.

The programme starts September 6, 2027, with a starting salary of £29,500 and potential growth to £31,000 in Year 2, plus travel across the UK and Ireland. Applicants from all disciplines are welcome; travel and mobility are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in any field considered; ideally business, psychology, or social sciences.
• Experience in customer service or administration is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills across verbal and written channels.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications and basic data handling.

Responsibilities

• Cross-site experience across UK sites to understand HR and manufacturing operations.
• Learn employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and meeting minutes; draft letters.
• Assist in occupational health processes, including return-to-work documentation.
• Support managers with HR procedures and maintain employee records.
• Provide administration support: minutes, letters, and team coordination.
• Participate in recruitment activities, post ads, and contribute to interviews.
• Track HR data such as absences, disciplinary actions, and resignations; later analyse trends.
• Assist in induction and onboarding processes and contribute to process improvements.
• Engage in HR projects, including benchmarking recruitment and competency assessments.
