Job summary

Kepak Group in the United Kingdom offers a two-year HR graduate programme (People and Culture) across multiple sites. You’ll rotate through HR processes, employee relations, recruitment and data-driven projects, building broad experience and a strong foundation in HR within the meat processing sector.

You’ll travel across the UK and Ireland during rotations, with a structured learner journey, mentoring and a clear progression path into HR roles. Start date is September 6th 2027.

Qualifications

• Degree: any discipline; business, psychology or social sciences preferred.
• Experience in customer service or admin is advantageous; exposure to the food industry helpful.
• Strong people skills with attention to detail; solid admin capabilities.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic data input/analysis.

Responsibilities

• Spend time at various sites to understand HR across the division.
• Assist with employee relations, including documentation and letters.
• Support occupational health processes and return-to-work docs.
• Advising managers on HR procedures and maintaining records.
• Provide admin support: minutes, letters, inter-team coordination.
• Participate in recruitment activities and interviews.
• Track HR data and trends to drive improvements.
• Assist inductions and onboarding processes for roles.
• Contribute to HR projects and competency assessments.
