• Industry experience in food service or FMCG is beneficial but not essential.
• Skills: channel and customer strategy, account management, joint business planning, and commercial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and deliver bespoke solutions.
• Lead sales activities from prospecting to closing deals.
• Collaborate with NPD to ensure product specs and pricing.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Oversee project management of sales and marketing plans.
• Represent Kepak at industry events as a brand ambassador.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in sales and operations.
