Job summary

EatClub is seeking a People & Culture Generalist in the UK to partner with leaders, shape recruitment, and oversee office operations and internal programs. You’ll drive engagement, culture, and efficiency in a fast-growing hospitality tech scaleup.

You’ll collaborate with the global P&C team, support onboarding, learning, compensation cycles, and feedback programs, while shaping UK strategy and rituals. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR business partnering.
• Experience in a hyper-growth tech environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Strong prioritisation and time-management skills.
• Ability to create great experiences on a limited budget and timeline.
• Clear and patient communication, both in person and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead People Partnering for UK leaders and managers.
• Manage Office Operations, community rituals and workspace efficiency.
• Own Recruitment processes, coaching hiring managers, candidate experience.
• Design and run People Programs and internal initiatives in the UK.
• Support leadership with data-driven insights and organisational effectiveness.
