Job summary

Vertiq Hospitality Partners B.V. is seeking a People & Culture Coach for The Lincoln Suites in Holborn, London.

You will support the General Manager and People & Culture Director in delivering exceptional employee experiences across recruitment, onboarding, engagement and wellbeing initiatives. You will be a brand ambassador, ensuring the team feels supported, recognized and motivated, while maintaining accurate records and driving HR processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced HR/People & Culture role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent administrative and IT skills, including HR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HR administration and processes.
• Coordinate onboarding and inductions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and starter/leaver information.
• Support recruitment, engagement activities and reward initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Director/GM on wellbeing, payroll and recognition.
• Champion Vertiq culture and a positive work environment.
• Complete annual audits.
• Note taking.
• Liaise with management providing attendance management support.
• Performance review and training compliance tracking.
• Produce monthly reports and action plans.

About the role:

As People & Culture Coach, you’ll assist the General Manager and People & Culture Director in delivering exceptional employee experiences, from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and wellbeing initiatives. You’ll be a key ambassador for our culture, ensuring our team feels supported, recognized, and motivated.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; naturally personable
• Excellent administrative and IT skills, including HR systems, Microsoft Office, Teams, and other

• Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask
• Self-motivated
