Job summary

Genuit Group plc, via Polypipe Ulster, is seeking an experienced People & Culture professional to join our UK operations. You will provide guidance on employee relations, policies, recruitment, and data analytics while supporting managers and staff across sites.

The role focuses on delivering proactive HR support, managing complex casework, embedding HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices. Occasional travel to other sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations and absence management.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policies.
• Ability to coach managers on policies and procedures.
• Experience supporting recruitment processes and HR projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality People & Culture advice to managers for complex employee relations issues.
• Coach managers on policy interpretation and employment law.
• Support implementation of People & Culture strategies across the organisation.
• Manage complex employee relations cases including disciplinary and absence management.
• Draft HR documentation and correspondence in line with legislation.
• Build relationships with managers to understand business needs and provide HR support.
• Support recruitment activities including job descriptions and selections.
• Deliver onboarding and first-line HR enquiries.
