Position Title: People & Culture Advisor
Location: London Fields (NCB promotes a hybrid, flexible way of working. Staff can work remotely for part of the week if they wish, and in the office or face-to-face for 2 days per week)
Status: Full Time (35 hours), Permanent (open to part-time, 28 hours a week)
Salary: £34,620 (with a guaranteed annual increment for the first 3 years of service)

We are seeking a friendly and organized People Advisor to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the People function at NCB, covering the entire talent lifecycle – from recruitment, onboarding, and leavers processes, to maintaining accurate staff data and processing payroll monthly. Support the Head of People and Culture and Senior People & Culture Advisor on projects aligned with the People Plan.
