From our Clubhouse and Regional teams across the globe, to our central teams at our London office, we are a diverse, passionate and hard-working group, who believe in and champion our purpose, whatever it means to you.

This is an exciting time at Rapha and we are looking for the next People & Culture Manager to join our People team. This is a great opportunity to continue your People career in a supportive, fast-paced, exciting and purpose-driven company.

Being a global omni-channel business, things often move fast. You will gain fantastic experience working across multifaceted teams in a company that has set the benchmark for creating market-leading products, building communities, content creation and experiential retail. In return, you'll need to be a self-starter, who’s creative, adaptable and thrives on working at pace.

THE ROLE
  • Reporting to our Head of People & Culture you'll work closely with our People & Culture team to drive people-centric and progressive People initiatives across the business.

  • People partnering - be the first line of support for Managers and Employees for your departments, advising and supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

  • Build strong relationships with your partners and stakeholders, coaching, influencing and challenging their thinking to drive positive change and deliver our organisational objectives.

  • Lead the implementations of key people processes and projects, including performance reviews and engagement surveys.

  • Contribute to a range of varied and exciting People projects to support delivering our people and company strategies.

  • Be a culture ambassador. Support others to role model a culture that is rooted in our purpose and driven by our values and behaviours.

  • Help us build a high-performance workplace through supporting our talent management processes.

  • Build strong and nurturing relationships to be the ears and the voice of employees within your business areas.

  • Support our People team to continually develop progressive people practices. Seek out the right problems and turn them into opportunities.

  • Collaborate on the development and facilitation of training.

  • Support with maintaining our People systems including PeopleHR, Team Tailor and Lattice.

  • Own and support administrative tasks.

  • Champion and drive our strategies for employee engagement across all areas of Rapha.

THE CANDIDATE
  • Previous experience in a People Partner role. Proven record of being a trusted and go-to People partner.

  • Knowledge of People processes, UK employment law and employee relations matters.

  • You naturally want to help and support the people around you and be a great relationship builder across all levels of the organisation.

  • An excellent communicator, able to simplify complex topics both written and verbally.

  • A curious and inquisitive mindset.

  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and agile environment.

  • Able to constructively challenge and bring new ideas to the table to ensure that we’re always being progressive in our people practices.

  • Keen on organisation, and ensuring that everything is in the right place.

  • Comfortable with using and presenting data and facts to support and inform your decisions.

  • Proactive, hands-on and with high attention to detail.

  • Be excited to get involved and be an integral part of creating and maintaining a positive working environment at Rapha.

  • You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way.
