Cwm Arian is seeking a People Coordinator to shape the culture and wellbeing of the teams. The role is strategic, supporting a non-hierarchical structure and helping the organisation thrive through people-centred approaches.

The position is part-time (2 days per week) with a pro rata annual pay of £31,629 (£12,651.60 actual). Applications close 18 November 2026; interviews are planned for 7 December in Crymych.

Cwm Arian is seeking a People Coordinator. The People Coordinator is central to Cwm Arian's work, by building the kind of place that helps us all thrive. The role is a strategic one, developing approaches and culture that support Cwm Arian to work well within a non-hierchical structure, and to support that structure to be its best.
