Job summary

Specsavers is seeking a People Change Specialist to join our People & Organisation function. You will partner with HR, senior leaders and global stakeholders to understand people impacts, shaping practical change plans and driving adoption across a matrix organisation.

You’ll bring consulting and coaching experience, strong data analysis and exceptional communication to influence wide-ranging teams while balancing multiple priorities. Experience in retail or global environments is a plus.

Reporting to the Head of People Change, this is an exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver change across a global organisation, ensuring colleagues, leaders and teams are supported through complex and meaningful transformation.

As a trusted adviser, consultant and coach, you'll partner with our HR teams, senior leaders, the global Business Change team and key programme stakeholders to understand the people impact of change and turn them into practical, effective plans. You'll use your expertise to identify risks and opportunities, challenge constructively, and provide guidance that helps change land successfully and sustainably. You'll also play a key role in translating business change into clear people-focused actions, helping stakeholders make informed decisions and drive adoption.

We're looking for someone with proven experience supporting organisational and people change and large-scale transformation, within complex, matrix environments, alongside exceptional consulting, coaching and stakeholder management skills. You'll be confident analysing information and data, identifying themes, and making practical recommendations. Exceptional communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders while balancing multiple priorities. Most importantly, you'll bring an innovative collaborative, pragmatic and people-focused approach to everything you do. Previous experience within the retail sector will be advantageous, as would experience in a global environment.
