Performance Networks is looking for an experienced Operations & Project Delivery Manager to lead customer project delivery, service operations and engineering resource planning.
This is a hands-on operational leadership role for someone who wants to make a visible impact and help shape how the business operates as it grows.
We are not looking for someone simply to inherit existing processes and keep them running.
We want someone who will take ownership, identify what needs to improve and actively drive Operations forward.
You will ideally have experience in networking, WiFi, telecommunications, infrastructure or a comparable technical environment. We are particularly interested in someone who has:
You do not need to be a network engineer or solutions architect. This is an operational leadership role. However, you should be comfortable working within networking, WiFi and infrastructure environments, understand the terminology and delivery challenges involved, and be able to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and engineers. Our dedicated Pre-Sales & Solutions function owns technical discovery, solution design and technical governance.
This role offers genuine scope to shape how Performance Networks operates. We want someone with the ambition and capability to grow beyond managing day-to-day delivery and, as the business develops, progress towards broader senior Operations leadership.
“Someone who does not just report that a project or process has a problem, but takes responsibility for improving it and preventing it from happening again.”
If you want to take ownership of an Operations function, make a visible impact and help build something better, we would like to hear from you.
