Job summary

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking an Admin Assistant for a busy care home. You will answer the phone, manage files, and support managers, while greeting visitors and guiding families around the home to see our care in action.

You will engage with residents and their families, give tours to prospective clients, and help create a welcoming, vibrant environment across the home for all who visit and live there.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and stay organised.
• Good computer skills and confident telephone manner.
• Able to engage with residents and families in a caring way.
