Job summary

Hartpury University and Hartpury College is seeking an organised events coordinator to support planning and delivery of a diverse programme that showcases Hartpury and engages prospective students, visitors and stakeholders. The role blends office and home working and requires travel to events across the UK, including evenings and weekends.

You will provide administrative and logistical support, work with Marketing and colleagues, manage resources and represent Hartpury at events to drive

Job description

  • Hold a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel, as the role requires travel to events across the UK and the transportation, set-up and pack-down of exhibition stands, equipment and promotional materials
