Join Our Team as a People Business Partner – (6 month FTC)

About the Role:

As a People Business Partner, you’ll work alongside leadership teams to provide strategic guidance and support that aligns with our overall business objectives. You will be instrumental in driving the people agenda and leading key initiatives to foster a high-performance culture, enhance employee engagement, and develop talent at all levels. This role offers a mix of strategic oversight and hands-on HR work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement people strategies that align with business goals and promote a high-performance culture.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations issues, talent management, organisational design, and change management.
• Support talent development initiatives to ensure we attract, develop, and retain top talent, while supporting career progression across the business.
• Support the delivery of performance management processes, helping to identify high-potential employees and future leaders.
• Foster an inclusive and positive work environment that champions diversity, equity, and employee well-being.
• Collaborate with the wider teams to implement best practices in reward, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support the continuous improvement of people processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.

• Extensive experience in a People Business Partner role or similar position, ideally in a fast-paced organisation.
• A strong understanding of business strategy and the ability to align people initiatives with organisational goals.
• Proven expertise in managing employee relations, talent management, and organisational development.
• Experience with leading and implementing change management processes across teams.
• A strategic mindset combined with the ability to roll up your sleeves and deliver people solutions at all levels.
• Strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
