Dr. Martens in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive People Assistant to join the People team and support HR operations across MIE and the UK Distribution Centre.
You will handle employee queries, assist with compensation and bonus processes, and help sustain an excellent employee experience. As our People Assistant, you’ll be part of the People team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Head of People GSC. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.
The People Assistant plays a key role in delivering efficient, responsive and people‑focussed service across MIE and the UK Distribution Centre. This role is responsible for supporting the smooth delivery of People processes and ensuring an excellent employee experience across all of our UK operational environments.
Working closely with managers, employees and COE’s, the HR assistant will provide first‑line support on all employee queries, compensation and bonus processes, and initiatives that drive engagement, performance, wellbeing and a safe working environment.
