Do you want to be at the centre of the People function, supporting managers from across the business with varied and interesting queries?
22.5 hours per week
Based in Morley
In 2025, we will be launching a new central People team that will provide a one-stop advice centre for all our colleagues across the business. This will be the centre of customer service, support, and guidance on all HR, Recruitment, and Learning & Development matters.
This means no day will ever be the same!
Your role will be to work in partnership with colleagues, Managers, and the wider People team to provide high-quality, comprehensive support across all aspects of the employee life cycle. You will participate fully in the projects and activities of the People team. One minute you could be calling a candidate to offer them a new job; the next, supporting a manager to run an essential report.
To be considered for the role, we are looking for someone experienced in using all Microsoft packages and able to learn IT systems easily. This role involves working across at least three online systems, so flexibility and adaptability are essential.
