Job summary

Siemens AG is offering a Business Summer Placement (3 months) at Botanica Ditton Park with hybrid options. You will split time between the office and remote work, contributing to real finance/business projects and learning from industry leaders in the UK.

The program focuses on developing skills in communication, teamwork, commercial awareness, and process improvement, with regular feedback and mentoring. Applicants should be pursuing a degree and show drive and curiosity.

Qualifications

• We focus on potential, curiosity, and your drive to learn rather than a laundry list of past experience.
• You will be working towards a degree in any discipline with an interest in Business or Economics.
• Work experience in a business environment would be beneficial but not essential
• Have the self-determination and ability to drive your own development throughout the summer.

What Will You Be Doing?

You’ll be based in our new Botanica office, with an expectation of attending the office 2-3 days per week. We encourage regular collaboration on-site to help you connect and learn from industry leaders, with flexible hybrid options to suit your lifestyle.

In this role, you will:
