Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a People and Culture Coordinator to provide administrative support in HR functions. The successful candidate will be involved in facilitating employee processes and organizing events, enhancing the employee experience in a prestigious hospitality environment.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an administrative and/or HR role, preferably within hospitality.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

About the location:

This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a destination spa with 6 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna, swimming, and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including La Dame de Pic (French cuisine, 2*Michelin Star), Mei Ume (Chinese/Japanese cuisine), and Rotunda (all-day dining, afternoon tea & bar).

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is currently recruiting for a People and Culture Coordinator (HR) to join the team!

The Role Of The People And Culture Coordinator

The People and Culture Coordinator is the first welcoming person employees and applicants meet upon entering the People and Culture Office on the property. This position provides valuable administrative support to the department and has the opportunity to delve into various HR functions including facilitating new starter and exit interview processes, organising employee events and celebrations, creatively sharing employee communication, administering and presenting benefits and perks, supporting recruitment, coordinating workflow in HR systems, and more. The Coordinator handles every task with integrity and confidentiality.

A Successful People And Culture Coordinator Will Have

  • Prior experience in an administrative and/or HR role, preferably within hospitality
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva (HR systems experience preferred)
  • Excellent time management skills; ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
