The Role Of The People And Culture Coordinator
The People and Culture Coordinator is the first welcoming person employees and applicants meet upon entering the People and Culture Office on the property. This position provides valuable administrative support to the department and has the opportunity to delve into various HR functions including facilitating new starter and exit interview processes, organising employee events and celebrations, creatively sharing employee communication, administering and presenting benefits and perks, supporting recruitment, coordinating workflow in HR systems, and more. The Coordinator handles every task with integrity and confidentiality.
