Job Description and Responsibilities

• Work with key stakeholders and leaders in the European HR team and the business to implement and improve MI and dashboards.
• Design and implement processes for collecting and analyzing people data from internal and external sources.
• Create reports, analyses, and dashboards to support strategic and operational decision-making in HR and the business.
• Update and deliver weekly and monthly dashboards and reports.
• Proactively suggest HR initiatives based on data analysis.
• Lead Reward and Compensation analysis, including performance and compensation data analysis.
• Support workforce planning management as needed.
• Produce regular reports for HR and Business stakeholders.
• Maintain accuracy in regional workforce planning.
• Manage recruiting approvals via systems and sign-off through Workday.
• Support WPIC requests for additional headcount.
• Reconcile workforce plans and generate monthly reports.
• Reconcile other people data reports monthly.
• This is a hybrid role, with expected presence in the office 2-3 days a week based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Workforce Planning and Management Information.
• Numerically skilled in data manipulation and presentation (Advanced Excel & PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Workday, Tableau, and SQL databases is a plus.
• Experience with HR project processes in shared services is a plus.
• Ability to engage with HR functions to improve processes, systems, and structures.
• Strong organizational skills for project management, multitasking, and prioritization.
• Degree-level intellect.
