Wholesale & Retail Merchandiser - 7 month FTC (maternity cover), London

Rapha is seeking a Wholesale and Retail Merchandiser to oversee stock management across the Clubhouse and Wholesale network. This role involves managing the grading process, delivering efficient stock plans, and strengthening Rapha's global brand through strategic wholesale partnerships. The position is a maternity cover starting around August/September 2024 for 7 months.

Responsibilities

Retail

• Set budgets and weekly sales targets with Finance for all Clubhouses
• Plan seasonal targets and build grading strategies
• Implement and improve seasonal grading and ranging processes
• Manage sales and promotional plans to meet targets and minimize terminal stock
• Coordinate stock planning for major events and new Clubhouse openings
• Analyze sales data, optimize space, and visit Clubhouses to maximize opportunities

Wholesale

• Align revenue targets with inventory planning with sales managers
• Ensure delivery, pricing, and margins are optimized
• Forecast and manage large wholesale partner buys
• Analyze sales to tailor future ranges and develop pricing strategies
• Report on stock levels, risks, and market requirements

Candidate Profile

• Experience in multi-channel merchandising, retail, and wholesale
• Leadership skills, especially managing an allocator
• Strong analytical, numerical, and Excel skills
• Commercial mindset with excellent communication and attention to detail
