Job summary

Frazer Jones is partnering with a forward-thinking retail and consumer business in the UK to appoint a Senior People Insights Analyst on a 12‑month fixed-term contract. The role blends analytics, reporting and strategic workforce insights to support smarter decisions across HR functions.

You will own workforce reporting, partner with HR stakeholders and design dashboards that translate complex data into clear actions, while improving data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• Analytically minded People Insights, HR Analytics or Workforce Analytics professional.
• Curious, commercially aware and able to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors and its data flows.
• Ability to improve reporting processes and deliver practical enhancements.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach to people data and insight.

Responsibilities

• Produce workforce reports, dashboards and analysis to support decision-making.
• Deliver insight across recruitment, talent, succession, organisational effectiveness and compensation.
• Partner with stakeholders to define reporting and analytics needs.
• Challenge requests to ensure outputs answer the real business question.
• Design dashboards that provide clear, actionable workforce insight.
• Identify workforce trends, risks and opportunities and present findings clearly.
• Support strategic People projects with robust workforce analysis.
• Work with People Systems teams to improve reporting, functionality and data quality.
• Maintain reporting standards, governance and data integrity.
