Job summary

ClearBank Ltd is seeking a People Analytics Analyst to turn data into clear, actionable insight for the People Team. You will deliver reporting that supports organisational effectiveness, focusing on Reward and People Operations, while strengthening data quality and governance.

You will build accessible dashboards, collaborate with Reward on benchmarking and compensation activity, and ensure data confidentiality and accuracy across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in people analytics, HR reporting or workforce analytics.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with detailed datasets.
• Ability to translate analysis into concise insights and visual outputs.
• Strong Excel capability including data validation and structured analysis; AI tools welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Produce regular and ad hoc people reporting showing workforce trends, risks and opportunities.
• Analyse data across the employee lifecycle: recruitment, retention, progression, performance, absence, engagement and inclusion.
• Develop dashboards and visualisations to turn complex data into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Partner with Reward to support pay benchmarking and pay-positioning analysis with accurate data.
• Maintain accurate people datasets with definitions, validation, reconciliation and version control.
• Investigate data anomalies and work with stakeholders to resolve root causes and improve data quality.
• Support workforce planning and organisational analysis by modelling scenarios.
• Provide analytical support for People projects ensuring outputs are timely and appropriate.
• Improve reporting processes through automation and standardisation.
• Promote responsible use of people data with confidentiality and governance.
