RS is hiring a People Analytics Consultant for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This remote UK role partners with People, Finance and Technology to deliver analytics solutions that drive workforce planning, organisational effectiveness and business performance.

You will shape the analytics roadmap, translate challenges into programmes, and deliver high-impact insights using Visier, SAP SuccessFactors Story Reports and Power BI. Build dashboards and promote data literacy across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics or Workforce Analytics.
• Expertise working with large and complex HR datasets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors data and reporting.
• Experience using analytics and visualisation platforms such as Visier, SuccessFactors Story Reports, Power BI or similar.

We're looking for an experienced People Analytics Consultant to join our People Technology team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role will play a key part in delivering strategic people insights, advancing our analytics capability, and helping People leaders make better decisions through data.

You'll work globally, partnering with People, Finance, Technology and senior stakeholders to deliver analytics solutions that drive workforce planning, organisational effectiveness, employee experience and business performance.
