Job summary

RS Group is looking for a People Analytics Consultant to join their People Technology team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role is fully remote within the UK, with global collaboration across People, Finance and Technology to deliver analytics solutions, dashboards and predictive insights that drive workforce planning and business performance.

We welcome candidates with extensive experience in HR analytics, stakeholder management, and proficiency in Visier, Power BI and SAP SuccessFactors

Qualifications

• Strong experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics or Workforce Analytics.
• Expertise working with large and complex HR datasets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors data and reporting.
• Experience using analytics and visualisation platforms such as Visier, SuccessFactors Story Reports, Power BI or similar.
• A passion for turning data into compelling stories and practical recommendations for leaders.
