Job summary

Cranfield University is seeking a Data Analyst in the People & Culture team to deliver workforce data, analysis and reporting across the university. The role focuses on people analytics, HESA staff data, pay gap reporting, FOI requests, Athena Swan data and benchmarking, with a mix of on-site and remote work where possible.
