Job summary

Man Group in London is hiring a People Analytics & AI Transformation Analyst on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will help develop Man Group's People analytics, reporting, and AI-enabled data tools, under the Head of People Operations & Systems.

The role focuses on building dashboards in Power BI, strengthening data literacy, and contributing to transformation initiatives across the People function. Ideal candidates are curious, data-driven, and eager to learn with strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Numerate or data-related degree.
• Curious, proactive and enthusiastic about data and AI.
• Strong communication and quick learning ability.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support the build and maintenance of People reporting suite and dashboards.
• Assist with drafting REP and DDQ content using AI-assisted tools where appropriate.
• Develop AI and analytics skills and apply them to People data tasks.
• Support transformation initiatives across People Operations with AI and automation.
