Job summary

Nub News is seeking a People Analytics & AI Manager to lead the development of the organisation's analytics and AI capabilities in Warwick. The role focuses on strengthening reporting processes, defining metrics, and enabling data-driven decision-making for HR and workforce planning.

The position emphasizes leadership across HR, Data, IT, Security and external partners, with a mix of weekly/BAU reporting and strategic AI adoption to improve HR services and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in People Analytics, HR reporting and workforce intelligence.
• Strong understanding of metrics and KPIs for workforce reporting.
• Experience improving fragmented or manual reporting processes.
• Familiarity with BI/reporting tools and People systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen the People Analytics and reporting capability.
• Oversee weekly, monthly and BAU People reporting.
• Own People metrics and KPI frameworks with trusted data definitions.
• Translate AI opportunities into practical HR improvements and services.
• Collaborate with HR, Data, IT, Security and technology partners.
