Qualifications

• Significant experience in People Analytics, Workforce Planning or a related field.
• Experience producing reporting, dashboards and actionable workforce analysis.
• Experience influencing business and HR leaders with data.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analytics, dashboards, and reporting that support workforce priorities including retention, talent planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Connect data points to highlight workforce risks, opportunities, and practical actions.
• Build predictive and forward-looking views (e.g. attrition risk, workforce demand, skills gaps, hiring effectiveness, talent trends) that shift the conversation from reporting the past to shaping the future.
