Job summary

Iconic Resourcing is supporting a well-established organisation in appointing a People Insights & Analytics Lead to join the People Systems and Data team. This role turns complex people data into clear, actionable insights that influence business decisions and will own the MI calendar and reporting narrative.

You will lead the People Insights & Analytics function, support colleagues with priorities and quality delivery, and work closely with senior stakeholders to drive evidence-based decisions

Qualifications

Strong experience with people data and HR systems.
Advanced Power BI and Excel reporting skills.
Ability to translate data into clear narratives for non-technical audiences.
Experience leading teams or coaching colleagues.

Responsibilities

Lead the people insights and analytics agenda across the business.
Own the MI calendar, reporting narrative, metrics and data definitions.
Produce complex reports and dashboards on headcount, turnover, absence, recruitment, DEI and workforce planning.
Analyse trends and risks, turning findings into recommendations.
Partner with senior stakeholders to support evidence-based decisions.
Use Power BI, Excel and other tools to visualise people data.
Support and upskill stakeholders in using dashboards.
Lead approved predictive analytics and AI-enabled pilots.
