Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) is seeking an HR professional to provide guidance to managers on people matters, handle a varied employee relations caseload, and support policy development in line with employment law. The role emphasizes fair, timely outcomes and practical application of best practice.

Hybrid and flexible working are offered. You will maintain records, contribute to HR projects, and collaborate across the HR team to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifikationen

• SCQF Level 8-10 qualification or equivalent
• CIPD qualification or working towards one, or equivalent experience

Aufgaben

• Provide HR advice and guidance to managers, aligned with policy and best practice
• Manage a caseload of employee relations cases incl. disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance
• Support development, review and implementation of HR policies in line with employment law
• Produce clear letters, reports and guidance turning complex information into accessible content
• Build relationships with stakeholders and act as trusted adviser on people decisions
• Maintain accurate People records, systems and case files in line with data protection rules
• Monitor trends and identify improvements to HR processes and the employee experience
• Contribute to HR projects and wider organisational work as required
• Collaborate within the HR team and support colleagues
