Job summary

Southdown is the largest not-for-profit provider of care, support, and housing in Sussex. This fixed-term HR Advisor role offers an opportunity to develop professional expertise within a supportive team while delivering practical HR advice to managers and staff.

Based in Lewes with hybrid working, 37 hours per week, 3 days in the Lewes office. The role requires experience in employee relations, policy development, and employment law, with CIPD Level 5 or working towards it.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations and HR case management.
• Policy development and adherence to HR procedures.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards it.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR advice to managers and staff.
• Manage a range of HR matters and employee relations cases.
• Support policy development and Employment Rights Act changes.
• Assist with organizational restructures and investigations.
