Job summary

Estelle Manor Ltd is seeking a People Advisor to partner with the business and guide the colleague lifecycle with a focus on compliance and a people-first approach. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers on all people-related matters and manage employee relations end-to-end, ensuring fairness and adherence to policy.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a People & Culture or HR Advisor role.
• Experience managing employee relations cases independently.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Confident communicator capable of building relationships at all levels.
• Proactive, solutions-focused and able to work independently.
• Discreet and professional handling sensitive information.
• Genuine passion for people.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and colleagues on people-related matters.
• Manage employee relations cases end-to-end with fairness and compliance.
• Coach managers on performance, absence and day-to-day people matters.
• Lead absence management and support family leave processes.
• Ensure compliance across policies, Right to Work and legislation.
