Job summary

Allan Webb Ltd. is seeking an HR professional to provide policy-compliant advice to line managers and staff across the organisation. You will own employee relations casework and support managers on performance and attendance issues, while guiding recruitment, onboarding and HR process improvements.

Work closely with the People Partner and Head of People to ensure operations align with the People Strategy, and manage the People Administrator while upholding BPSS/SC clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proactive, resilient and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver policy-compliant HR advice to line managers and employees across the organisation.
• Own and manage the majority of employee relations casework across the full range of case types with procedural compliance.
• Provide day-to-day support to line managers on performance and attendance challenges.
• Deliver training, coaching and advisory support on HR policy and compliance.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process with a positive candidate experience.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding with the People Partner for a smooth employee experience.
• Be responsible for the line management of the People Administrator.
• Contribute to innovative people practices and process improvements.
• Collaborate with the People Partner and Head of People to align operations with the People Strategy.
