Qualifications

• Proven HR generalist experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and good people-management practice.
• Ability to apply employment law to individual circumstances with practical recommendations.
• Experience producing clear written advice and maintaining confidential records.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, practical HR advice to managers and employees across policies.
• Proactively manage an allocated employee relations caseload with fair progress.
• Advise on disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and flexible working matters.
• Support absence and health-related processes, including reasonable adjustments.
