Job summary

Nacro in Birmingham is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to support the administration of staff lifecycle processes in a hybrid setup. The role involves first-line guidance on People policies, payroll inputs, and coordinating with Payroll, Talent and Compliance teams to ensure accurate records and timely services.

The post is a full-time FTC until 31 August 2027, with a starting salary of £26,807 per year and progression to £27,477 in the first year, subject to criteria and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering accurate administration within People Operations or HR.
• Experience with payroll processes and confidential records.
• Familiarity with data protection and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process starters, leavers and changes to employment terms within deadlines.
• Prepare offer letters, contracts and variation letters.
• Complete payroll inputs with required approvals and evidence.
• Support audits and data checks for quality and service improvements.
• Maintain confidential employee records and respond to routine requests.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Talent, Resourcing and Compliance teams.
